i appreciate the staff greeted every guest by name. the courtyard featured orange trees bearing fruit. i enjoyed the pool's mosaic tiling, a really attractive feature. the morning sunlight streamed through stained glass windows.
the lighting in my room was too dim for reading. this made evenings less relaxing.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I can't praise them enough. Breakfast on the terrace was a lovely way to start each day (it felt so cute to return after excursions).
The room had small windows, so natural light was limited. This was a minor inconvenience, though, and didn't significantly detract from the overall experience. I did enjoy the rest of the hotel thoroughly.

It was like stepping into another world. the staff was very attentive and always ready to assist with anything i needed. i especially appreciated the beautiful decor and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the riad. the location was also ideal, providing easy access to the main attractions.
the wi-fi signal was a bit weak in some areas of the riad.

The staff were attentive to every need. The architecture exhibited tremendous care. Every corner seemed tended to with love. I relished the breakfasts each morning. They were a good start to the day, and the terrace provided such a romantic view.
The water pressure in my room was occasionally a bit low. I had a little trouble adjusting it.

the hotel and room looked beautiful. it was well maintained. the bed is comfortable to sleep in and get a good night rest.
the junior suite lacked tranquility. starting at 6:30, the noise of the dumbwaiter bringing the breakfast dishes and the comings and goings of other guests going to the terrace could be hear. this made the mornings noisy and not very restful.
